I think, Media Player Classic is the best media player. Download K-Lite Codec pack and install. I use it since 2010, its really good player.

K-lite Codec Pack and Pot Player both are great. Try any/both of these.

try pot player for better using, or 5k player for better looking and features, try mpc hc for the best...
