Here's how to increase the number of active torrents. This solves the queuing problems only, like Queued Seed. This does NOT solve the problem of being unable to upload all torrents (It's not generally possible).
1. Open uTorrent
2. Click on Options
3. Click on Preferences
4. Click on Queuing
5. Change the value of "Maximum number of active torrents (upload or download)" to anything greater than 50. Actually this is the number limit of torrents that are ready to be seeded and downloaded as soon as it gets a connection. For example, I have 95 completed torrents and 5 incomplete torrents. That makes a total of 100 torrents in my uTorrent. If I set the value of "Maximum number of active torrents (upload or download)" to 100 or more, all the torrents will be set to active. So there won't be any torrents with "Queued Seed" status. You can change the number depending on how many torrents you have in uTorrent. Just remember to keep the number higher than the current number of torrents, so you'll be able to add more torrents without having to change the numbers again.
